A Vertical Baler is a waste management and recycling machine designed to compress loose, bulky materials such as paper, cardboard, plastic, fabric, or light metals into compact rectangular bales. Unlike horizontal balers, vertical balers use a top-down compression system where a hydraulic ram applies pressure from above. They are ideal for low-to-medium volume waste handling in industries, warehouses, retail outlets, and recycling centers.Working Principle Waste material is loaded manually into the baling chamber. The hydraulic press ram moves downward, compressing the material. Once compacted, the material is tied with steel wires or straps. The finished bale is then ejected manually or automatically.
